We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team.
As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects.

- Develop and maintain project schedules using construction management software such as Buildertrend - Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to gather project information and requirements - Coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate scheduling of resources, materials, and equipment - Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or issues - Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in project scope or timeline - Communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant stakeholders - Provide regular reports on project schedule status to management Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction scheduling or project coordination - Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Experience in Buildertrend Preferred.
